Magnets might seem like simple components, but modernrare-earth magnets are remarkably powerful devices — capable of holding, sensing, actuating, and transmitting force across gaps with no physicalcontact. From holding fixtures to motor magnets to sensor applications, theright magnetic component makes systems cleaner, simpler, and more reliable.
We supply neodymium (NdFeB) magnets, ferrite magnets, andspecialty magnetic assemblies for industrial, commercial, and technicalapplications.
Types of Magnets We Supply
Neodymium (NdFeB) Magnets
The strongest commercially available permanent magnets.Available in disc, block, ring, arc, and custom shapes. Grades from N35 to N52(and high-temperature grades such as M, H, SH, UH, EH) with different fluxdensity and temperature performance characteristics.
Ferrite Magnets
Lower strength than neodymium but highly cost-effective,corrosion-resistant, and stable at higher temperatures. Widely used in motors, loudspeakers, and sensor applications.
Magnetic Assemblies
Pot magnets, magnetic catches, holding assemblies, andmagnetic couplings for specific applications. Ready-to-use assemblies reducedesign work and can offer better holding force per unit volume than baremagnets.
Neodymium Grade Selection
The grade number (N35, N42, N52) indicates the maximumenergy product — a measure of the magnet's strength. Higher numbers meanstronger magnets of the same size. The letter suffix (N, M, H, SH, UH, EH)indicates the maximum operating temperature, from 80°C (N) to 200°C (EH).Choosing too low a grade for your temperature means the magnet will losemagnetization permanently.
Handling and Safety
Strong neodymium magnets require careful handling. They canpinch severely if fingers get caught between attracting magnets, can damageelectronics and storage media, and can affect pacemakers at close range. They're also brittle — dropping a strong magnet on a hard surface can chip orcrack it.
Applications
Our magnets are used in fixture and tooling design, motorand generator construction, magnetic couplings (where a rotating shaft passesthrough a pressure boundary), sensor trigger magnets, educational equipment, product closures, and magnetic assembly fixtures.
